Who we share your data with

We use 3rd party partners to support our business who will never use it for their own marketing purposes but may have access to your data, under strict GDPR compliant terms, to provide their service. These include:

  • Our infrastructure hosts (A2)
  • Our bank (Coconut)
  • Our analytics (Google)
  • Our email and CRM provider (Hubspot)
  • Our booking system provider (Amelia)

Our providers may not always be based in the UK but have confirmed they protect your data following current privacy legislation in the UK.

How long we retain your data

If you sign-up to a newsletter, we keep the data while you are continuing to open the newsletter. We reserve the right to remove you from our newsletter should you not open the newsletter for more than 6-months.

If you use our services, we keep your data for up to two years and financial information for up to seven years for future reference.

This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Contact us to make a request.
