How long we retain your data
If you sign-up to a newsletter, we keep the data while you are continuing to open the newsletter. We reserve the right to remove you from our newsletter should you not open the newsletter for more than 6-months.
If you use our services, we keep your data for up to two years and financial information for up to seven years for future reference.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
What rights you have over your data
You can request to receive a file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you.
