Who we are

DigitalSimplicity.co.uk is owned by Melanie Mallinson.

Digital Simplicity will be referred to as ‘we’ from now on

Terms of sale

You agree to these terms when you purchase a service on DigitalSimplicity.co.uk.

You may place an order for services on our website at any time.

We will send you an email to confirm the details of your order once your payment has been verified and your order has been processed.

The exact date and time of our supply of the services is agreed when you book a slot in the calendar, or when both parties confirm a date and time in writing.


Melanie Mallinson is engaged as an independent, self-employed contractor. The relationship will never be construed as an employer-employee, joint venture, partnership, or agency relationship.

Payment for the services will be taken through our secure, third-party payment provider. We will make it clear to you who our payment provider is when you place your order. We will receive payment when our provider confirms that the transaction has been completed.

The price(s) of the services are displayed on our website at the time you place your order. Unless stated otherwise, VAT does not apply. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

There will be no charge if you cancel a session 48 hours in advance and reschedule for a later date. You can do this in your dashboard on this website when you log in. If your cancellation is unavoidable due to an emergency please let me know as soon as you can. 

If you make a booking in error or change your mind, for example, you can cancel the booking within 14 days providing you haven’t already used the service.

You will receive a refund within 14 days of your request providing you have not accessed the service.

We consider that a service has been accessed when you start a session. 

If you are not happy with the service/s because for example, you believe the service differs from what is stated on this website or because you can’t access the service, please get in touch so we can try to put things right. If you are still unhappy with the service, we will consider your refund request per the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Your rights to cancel and your rights to receive a refund may differ if you used a promotional code or other offers. Further details will be set out with the relevant offer.

Provision of services

We shall endeavour to provide the services by following these Terms.

Should we cancel a session, for any reason, we shall offer you a new date for the session and no additional fee shall be payable by you.

We acknowledge that anything you share with us is completely confidential. We will not disclose any information you share with us (unless in the unlikely event we are required to do so by law).

We will contact you if we make a significant change to a service we are providing to you to let you know. 

By purchasing services from us, you warrant that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You understand that your coaching results are dependent on your actions. You enter coaching with the full understanding that you are wholly responsible for creating your results.
  • You understand that for our work to be effective you need to be as honest, open and at ease as possible.
  • You shall co-operate with us as reasonably necessary to enable us to provide the services; and notify us if you have any special requirements before the service starts.
  • You shall notify us if there is anything in a session that you don’t feel comfortable with or if you have any concern at all with the way we are working.

Our liability to you shall be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you for the services.

Using DigitalSimplicity.co.uk

You must use DigitalSimplicity.co.uk lawfully. You must not use it in a way that infringes upon the rights of, or the use and enjoyment of this site by anyone else. You are responsible for paying any internet connection charges while accessing and using DigitalSimplicity.co.uk. 

You must keep your password confidential and not do anything that would assist anyone to gain access to any area which is reserved for you or registered users.

While we invest in security measures to protect our website and content from viruses, you must make sure that the way you use this website does not expose you to interference which can damage your hardware or software.

You are responsible for maintaining your hardware and software. This includes taking precautions against viruses. We can not guarantee that digitalsimplicity.co.uk content will be free from viruses and we’re not responsible for any loss or damage that might happen when you use digitalsimplicity.co.uk.

You must not attack or attempt to gain unauthorised access to DigitalSimplicity.co.uk or any technology connected to it. You must not introduce any viruses or any other material that is harmful to our website.

We’d love you to link to our website pages. You don’t need our permission to do this.

However, you must gain permission if you want to say or indicate that you, your organisation or website is associated with Digital Simplicity or our website.
